Hi, I'm Franco! I'm a software developer with a wide-range of interests. I like travel, food, sports, emerging tech and dogs.
Experience
Since August 2024, I've been co-founding Incurator, an AI-powered platform that gives music artists the tools to take control of their careers — from production and marketing to contracts and discovery through real industry mentors. I lead engineering, product, and operations.
Before that, I had the privilege of working at Meta, Mixpanel, Morgan Stanley, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and Miami HEAT Group — across both technical and non-technical roles, which has made me extremely well-rounded.
